The Candidates for the PASP OFFICERS 2024 - 2025 Election

Exciting news! The Philippine Association of Speech Pathologists is gearing up for its upcoming general election of officers for 2024-2025! We are thrilled to introduce you to the 13 candidates who responded to the call to serve in our organization. Nominees have been selected based on the qualifications stated in the PASP constitution and by-Laws, which include the following:

  • Being a Certified Regular Member of good standing and with at least 5 years of professional practice as a speech-language pathologist (8 years to qualify for the position of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer). 
  • The nominee has expressed in writing his or her intent to be a candidate in the general election.
  • Submission of required documents as specified by the Electoral Board. The nominee, at the time of his/her nomination, should have received his/her PRC professional identification card (PIC); or have taken his/her oath as RSLP; or have submitted his/her RSLP application to the PRC and his/her documents are currently under review by the PRB-SLP. (note: Winners whose applications are under process will not be able to assume their positions until their RSLP registration is finalized)
