MEMBERSHIP TYPE
Regular Membership
Regular Membership – Speech-Language Pathologists as defined by RA 11249, are individuals who are registered and licensed to practice speech language pathology and who hold a valid certificate of registration and professional identification card issued by the PRB-SLP and the Professional Regulation Commission.

He/she should be a holder of a valid certificate of registration and professional identification card issued by the PRB-SLP and the Professional Regulations Commission

Required Documents
The following are the required documents necessary for the application of Regular Member:
Accomplished Membership Information Sheet on the website
Copy of Diplomas received (college and post-graduate)
Copy of valid Certificate of Registration and/or PRC ID.
Copy of deposit slip or proof of payment

Membership Renewal
For renewal of Regular Members:
Update membership information sheet on the website.
Pay the renewal fee
Submit a scanned copy of certificate for one (1) continuing education activity (seminars, workshops, conferences etc. related to the profession). The certificate should be within one year from the date of application.
