Rosemarie Benavides-Tubilla, MBA, RSLP, is also known as Rorie. Being an SLP is her first love, as her first job in 2000. She has worked with private clinics and private schools, as far as Dagupan in the north, and to Davao in the south, as well as in Jakarta, Indonesia. She was a clinical supervisor for CB under UP CAMP from 2006-2008.

In 2006, she started her volunteer work for Operation Smile Philippines. In 2013, she retired from her clinical practice to focus on her family business and raising her children. From 2015-2017, she took her Masters in Business Administration at San Beda College, Alabang. Even when she no longer kept a clinical practice, she continued to support PASP by keeping an affiliate membership, and attended conventions and webinars.

Rorie continued to give pro bono consultations, both in-person and virtual, for families of individuals with different needs, as far as Dubai. In 2018, she went back to volunteering in Operation Smile Philippines.

In 2022, she was invited to join the PASP committee on Finance and Special Projects, and participated in many of its projects.
